If another phone on your system is ringing and you'd like to answer it, there is no need to walk into the room to pick up the call, instead, dial 88# while the other phone is ringing and you can answer it at your phone.
How to use this feature
During an inbound telephone call to another extension, pick up your extension and dial 88#.
Call grabbing can only occur while another phone is ringing. If you wait until after the inbound call stops ringing, Grab will not work.
