We'll re-record your custom prompts for the first year you own your PBX, however, we provide only one custom oh-hold advertisement. You can record your own custom prompts, we can use local talent, professional talent, even Allison Smith herself.

*To "Self Record" your menus and announcements, log into the administration page of your PBX and click the PBX tab. Then scroll down towards the bottom on the left and click System Recordings. Enter your extension number in the spot provided and click the Go button.
An extension number will appear. (Usually 9699 or 9696) Dial this extension number and begin speaking after the tone.
When done, press the # button on your phone. You may then listen to the recording by pressing 1 or you can re-record by pressing *.
When you are happy with your recording, give the recording a name and click the Save button.
Now you can use the new recording as the sound file for menus or announcements.
