Call Forward Unavailable will forward calls if the called extension doesn't answer. When Call Forward Unavailable is activated, all calls to the extension will ring the intended extension for several rings and then forward to another extension, outside line or cell phone.

As the name suggests, Call Forward on Unavailable will only forward a call if the extension is not answered. This feature can be enabled by dialing a feature code or by visiting the Web Portal of your Cooler Master PBX.
