Call Recording allows you to play back calls on any extension where Call Recording is enabled. By default, we turn on call recording on our hardware products. Cloud PBX services can optionally add a call recording package.

Call recording can be turned on, off, or set to "on demand." On Demand Call Recording can be activated by dialing *1 during any call.

Customer disputes or customer complaints can easily be dealt with if you have a recording of the conversation in question. Your Cooler Master PBX can maintain about 5 years worth of recorded calls and is searchable by date, time, and telephone number.
