Call Routing between PBXs allows you to contact your other locations without using any of your minutes. Companies with multiple locations can either purchase one Cooler Master PBX for all of your locations or, in the case of very large organizations, multiple Cooler Master PBX systems can be linked together as extensions on your local PBX phone system.

For example. Let's say you own a Dry Cleaning chain (or any other business with multiple locations) and you need to call someone in your "south store." Instead of calling the telephone number for the south store, you would simply dial the 4-digit extension of the employee you need to speak to. If "Sally" in accounting has an extension number of 214, you could call her directly by dialing 5214. Your south store would simply be dialed by adding the number 5 to the existing extension numbers.
