Call Forward on Busy allows calls intended for a certain employee to be forwarded to another employee if the original employee is already on another call. This is a handy feature for busy offices and it makes sure that every caller is dealt with quickly and efficiently.

As the name suggests, Call Forward on Busy will only forward a call if the extension is in use. This feature can be enabled by dialing a feature code or by visiting the Web Portal of your Cooler Master PBX.
