Compatibility Warning
Guaranteed Contacts only works with office phone systems that allow Direct Inward System Access.
Direct Inward System Access (DISA) is a cloud telephony feature that lets external users - employees outside the office - make calls using your business phone number. This solution lets offsite employees call your phone system, enter a PIN, and then "dial out" to customers.
Getting Started
- Installation: Download the Guaranteed Contacts app from your device's app store and follow the setup instructions provided by your business landline telephone provider.
- Granting Permissions: The first time you run the app, Guaranteed Contacts will ask you for three permissions.
- Access phone contacts. You will want to allow access to your contacts in order to be able to dial them through the app.
- Access camera. You will want to allow access to your camera while using the app in order to scan a configuration QR code from your business telephone service provider.
- Access Google Contacts. You will want to allow access to your Google contacts in order to be able to dial them through the app.
- Configure the App: Upon launching the app and granting permissions, you will need to configure it. Either manually enter the configuration info or scan the QR code given to your by your telephone prior to using Guaranteed Contacts to make a call.
If you do not currently have a telephone provider with which to use this app or if your current provider does not offer DISA functionality, Cool Telecom would love to have your business.

Conference Calls
Easily participate in conference calls right from your mobile device. Join and host meetings with the confidence of a stable connection and clear audio.
Voicemail Access
Access your business phone system's voicemail, check messages, and manage your voicemail settings directly from your mobile device.
