If your phone is completely dead, no lights or display, you likely either have a bad phone and need to replace it, or the power supply is dead.
While our Cisco SPA phones are generally durable and reliable, it isn't uncommon for a phone to die. If this happens, you will likely need to replace the phone. You can order your phone online on our website.

Most of our system installations utilize Power Over Ethernet (POE). If your phones only have ONE cord coming out of the back (besides the handset cord) then your system utilizes this method for power. Try swapping out the phone with another phone in your office. If the phone powers up when connected at another desk, then you likely have a wiring issue. If you swap out the phone and it is still dead in the new location, then you have a dead phone and will need to replace it
If your installation does not use POE and you have a cord coming out of the back of the phone plugged into a wall outlet, try a different power supply and the phone is still dead, you need a new phone. If the phone works with a different power supply, then you simply need a new power supply.
