If your screen is blank, you likely either have a bad phone and need to replace it, or the contrast has been adjusted to bright.
You may have a bad phone
While our Cisco SPA phones are generally durable and reliable, it isn't uncommon for a phone's display to go out. If this happens, you will likely need to replace the phone. You can order your phone online on our website.

If you reboot the phone and the problem remains, it may not be provisioned properly.

IMPORTANT. We need to know WHICH EXTENSION has the dead screen problem. (e.g. Extension 204) Be sure to tell us which extension is affected when you submit your tech support ticket.
