You can reboot your PBX via the Cool Telecom web site, your PBX's web interface or manually with the keyboard or power button on the PBX itself (physical machines only.)
METHOD 1: Rebooting via the Cool Telecom web site
Step 1: Log into your account at CoolTelecom.com.
If you have login credentials for our web site, please go here to log in: https://CoolTelecom.com/my-account/ If you have forgotten your login info, you may request a password reset.
Step 2: Once logged in, navigate to the My Account tab and then click the Reboot > yourpbx.coolpbx.com button.
Step 3: Click OK to reboot your system or click cancel to abort reboot.
Your system should reboot and come back up within about 2 minutes or quicker. Once it is back up try placing or receiving calls again.

METHOD 2: Rebooting via your PBX's web inerface
Step 1: Log into your PBX phone system.
If you have login credentials for your PBX you should be able to reach it by clicking this link: https://192.168.1.200
NOTE: If this link doesn't work, you can locate the correct one in your Welcome email from Cool Telecom, or you can use the manual method below.
Step 2: Once logged in, navigate to the System tab and then click the Shutdown sub-tab.
Step 3: Make sure Reboot is selected and click the Proceed... button.
Step 4: Click OK to reboot your system.
Your system should reboot and come back up within about 2 minutes. Once it is back up try placing or receiving calls again.

METHOD 3: Performing a Manual Reboot of the PBX
Step 1: Locate your PBX phone system.
Your PBX should look like one of the following images:
Depending on your model, the power button will either be slighter higher than center (top to bottom) on the generation 2 PBX, or slightly below center on the right-hand side of the front panel.
Step 2: Press and release the power button.
Simply press the power button in and let go. The PBX should reboot. If you have a monitor hooked up to it you will see it go through the shutdown and boot up process. If nothing happens, press and HOLD the power button until the system shuts down. Once it is powered off, press the power button again to start it back up.
Alternatively, if you have a keyboard connected, you can press CTRL + ALT + DEL (Control, Alt, Delete) to reboot your system.
Your system should reboot and come back up within about 2 minutes. Once it is back up try placing or receiving calls again.
