To obtain your Cisco phone's IP address, please follow the instructions for your particular model.
Cisco SPA504G - 4 line phone
Follow These Steps
- Press the Menu Button
- Press the 9 Button
Your phone's IP address will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
The phone should display a valid IP address (example: 192.168.1.201) If it does not, then your phone is not properly connected to your network or needs a configuration change. An IP address of 0.0.0.0 means it isn't connected to your network.

Be sure to tell us which extension and send a photo of the label on the bottom of the phone as an attachment to your ticket. Either send us a clear, legible photo of the label or enter the Mac ID from the label (the 2nd number) in your configuration request ticket
Cisco SPA525G2 - 5 line phone
Follow These Steps
- Press the Menu Button
- Press the Up Button (top of round button)
- Press the Select Softkey under the screen to select "Status"
- Press the Down Button (bottom of round button)
- Press the Select Softkey under the screen to select "Network Status"
Your phone's IP address will be displayed on the 5th line of data on the screen.
The phone should display a valid IP address (example: 192.168.1.201) If it does not, then your phone is not properly connected to your network or needs a configuration change. An IP address of 0.0.0.0 means it isn't connected to your network.
