The Black List is your new weapon in the fight against an unwanted telemarketer, disgruntled employee or any other nuisance caller. When you blacklist a caller that caller can no longer call your business. When they do, they will hear a recording that the telephone number is "no longer in service" and the call will be dropped.
Telephone number can be added manually or as soon as an unwanted caller calls your business. Telephone number can be removed manually as well.
How to use this feature
Block the last number that called
After a telephone call is received and you want to block future calls from that number, you can dial
* 3 2
Note: If you have multiple line keys (extensions) you must do this from the same extension that received the call to be blocked. In other words, if the call came in on line two, you must dial *32 while on line two.
Manually block a number
To manually block future calls from a number, you can dial
* 3 0
Note: Once you dial * 3 0,
Allison will ask you to enter the number to be added to the blacklist. You will need to enter the entire number including the area code. Finish your entry by dialing # after entering the 10 digit number to be blocked.

Manually remove a number
To manually remove a number previously added to the block list, you can dial
* 3 1
Note: Once you dial * 3 1,
Allison will ask you to enter the number to be removed from the blacklist. You will need to enter the entire number including the area code. Finish your entry by dialing # after entering the 10 digit number to be removed.
